Overview of the presentation

Mr. Walters started his career in Washington, DC working for the Archon Group, and more recently worked for the Goldenberg Group and Patriot Equities, both Real Estate Development Firms located in the Philadelphia area. In 2009, he started a financial services company called Lawsuit Funding Solutions, which is one of the preeminent funding companies in Philadelphia. Mr. Walters holds a degree in Political Science from Northwestern University where he was an All-American Swimmer. He qualified for the 2000 Olympic Trials where he placed 3rd, one spot out of qualifying for the U.S. Team.

Prior to joining GradFin, Mr. Urquhart was an Executive Director in the Corporate and Investment Bank at JPMorgan. Prior to joining JPMorgan, Urquhart spent two years in the investment bank at Lehman Brothers. From 2001 to 2007, Urquhart worked in numerous balance sheet and risk management advisory roles for Quantitative Risk Management (QRM), an industry leading enterprise risk management and consulting firm. Urquhart holds a BS in industrial engineering and management sciences from Northwestern University and a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in finance and accounting.
